Fast-moving wildfire tears through El Tejon Pass forcing evacuation warnings

A wildfire is raging near El Tejon Pass in Kern County as officials issue evacuation warnings for the area. The Buzzard Fire started around 8:29 a.m. August 5 and quickly ballooned from 30 acres to 180 acres in less than two hours.
