Steve Scalise Seeks Unanimous Consent for Pro-Life Bill

Democrats blocked an effort this week by House Minority Whip Steve Scalise to force a vote on a bill that would protect babies from abortion after they are born alive. Scalise sought to use unanimous consent, but the Democrat majority stopped him.
