A federal judge dismissed the Virginia criminal cases against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James on Monday. The Department of War says it's looking into former Navy Commander and Democratic Senator Mark Kelly after the release of a video telling military members to disobey unlawful orders.
