Connolly: We'll Have to Deal with Impeachment Inquiry Decision 'as a Congress'

On Monday's broadcast of MSNBC's "MTP Daily," Representative Gerry Connolly (D-VA) stated that deciding whether to move with an impeachment inquiry is either at the top of the agenda or moving towards the top, and "we're going to have to deal with it as a caucus and as a Congress."
