Watch: How Afghan women hit the streets in Herat, refuse to bow down meekly to Taliban diktats

Dozens of defiant Afghan women took to streets in Herat against Taliban and staged protests demanding their right to work,education and participation in government. The protesters, including activists and students, slammed Taliban for its diktats of confining women to their houses and denying them their role in government formation talks. The protesters marched upto Herat provincial governor office where they conveyed their demands to the Taliban. Watch this report for more.
