Tuesday on ABC's "The View," co-host Whoopi Goldberg said a letter sent by President Donald Trump's re-election campaign to television producers asking them not to give air time to politicians who said there was evidence of collusion between Russia and the 2016 Trump campaign is "out of the fascists playbook."
