Biden: Sex Reassignment Surgery 'Would Be Viewed as Necessary' In Military, ACA

On Thursday's broadcast of CNN's town hall on LGBTQ issues 2020 Democratic presidential hopeful former Vice President Joe Biden said if he win sex reassignment surgery would be payed for for transgender military members.
