A bottomless woman splashed around in the notorious MacArthur Park Lake August 20, forcing officials to drag her from the water and cover her up — and it’s all caught on camera. The Los Angeles Police Department told The California Post that they got a call around 9:37 p.m. of a Black female, 25 to 30 years old, swimming in the middle of the lake at the 22000 block of W 6th Street.
