"[An illegal alien] had been driving over 35 miles the wrong way, over three times the legal limit drunk and high on meth, and slammed head-on into my son on the way home from work that night," Mary Ann Mendoza, mother of Sgt. Brandon Mendoza, told Breitbart News.
