On Friday's broadcast of CNN's "AC360," former DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson said that we can't have comprehensive immigration reform until we get the numbers of people crossing the border down from the current levels that are "much bigger now" than they were "five, six, seven, eight years ago" and the discussion has to start with enforcing the law, "then you can have the debate about comprehensive immigration reform and all of the things that need to be done in between."
