At Xplode Fight Series: Tidal Wave, in Valley Center, CA, USA, Christine Stanley kicked Katie Anita Runyan 2.3 seconds into the fight. At 3.5 seconds, Runyan hit the floor. And the referee ruled it over at the potentially record-breaking 5 second mark. Stanley trained with Liz Carmouche and other great fighters at San Diego Combat Academy. The kick that landed, a spinning hook kick, is known in muay Thai as Jarakae Fad Hang (Crocodile Whips Its Tail).
