Neysa Tonks, a mother of three, has been identified as one of the 59 people killed in the shooting at Route 91 Harvest music festival Sunday night in Las Vegas. Tonks, 46, lived in Las Vegas and worked at Technologent, an Irvine-based computer software company. She is a former Utah resident. A GoFundMe page was created to raise funds for her sons — Kaden, Braxton and Greysen. “She was a very nice woman who was full of life and energy,” said her former church counselor Tracy Downey.
