Beginner Step Aerobics (All Levels)

This workout is part of a 30 Day Workout System. Level: Beginner Description: I designed this workout with the beginning stepper in mind, but all participant levels love this one! Start with a quick warm-up, 2 heart pumping sections, and finish with a cool down and stretch all in a short amount of time. If you don't have a step, no problem! All of the moves can be performed on the floor.
