On Wednesday's broadcast of CNN's "Situation Room," Senate Democratic Whip Dick Durbin (D-IL) stated that DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz was "clear some things that happened before that FISA court are unacceptable" and called for reforms to FISA courts.
