Clyburn: Without Dems Actions on Race I Would Be in a Cotton Field Not Congress

Thursday on MSNBC, Majority Whip Jim Clyburn (D-SC) said if Democrats didn't pass racial equality legislation like the Civil Rights Act he would be in a cotton field not Congress.
