DAMASCUS, SYRIA (0:30 P.M.) – Footage emerged from the Al-Mashalab neighborhood in eastern Raqqa backing up earlier reports by Al-Masdar News which indicated the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) had taken control of the suburb.
