Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) said on Tuesday's broadcast of MSNBC's coverage of the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump that the president's lawyers are intentionally throwing out "lies" to make the House managers spend time addressing them because the trial is "on a clock."
