NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo Blames Nursing Home Deaths on Nursing Homes

"The obligation is on the nursing home to say, 'I can’t take a COVID-positive person,'" said NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) during press conference Wednesday, putting the blame on these nursing homes for the mass coronavirus deaths in their facilities.
