Raiders president says Las Vegas Super Bowl is possible as early as 2023

At the NFL owners meeting in Chicago, Ill., Oakland Raiders president Marc Badain said it's possible that Las Vegas could host a Super Bowl if everything stays on track with their new stadium being built.
