On Friday's broadcast of C-SPAN's "Washington Journal," Rep. Brad Sherman (D-CA) said that while he believes Hunter Biden ultimately got the same treatment as anyone else for violating tax laws, the claims by whistleblowers about the investigation's handling do merit further inquiry and "it wouldn't surprise me if this tax matter went more slowly" and had more resources spent on it than it would for a regular person due to the sensitivity of auditing the president's son.
