Governor Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI) said Sunday on CBS's "Face the Nation" that President Donald Trump's rhetoric is giving "comfort and support" to "domestic terrorists" after the FBI thwarted a plot to violently overthrow the state government by kidnaping her.
