On Thursday's broadcast of C-SPAN's "Washington Journal," Rep. Deborah Ross (D-NC) argued that "before we talk about where there should be restrictions" on abortion, "we need to make sure that Roe v. Wade is the law of the land." And that "until we have a common understanding in the court and in the Congress that Roe v. Wade is the law of the land, we should not be negotiating about abortion."
