Holiday tables are filled with casserole of every kind. So my thought was to make a spicy spin on the classic scalloped corn. The regulars are all here from the corn to the buttery and crunchy ritz crackers! I wanted to add my favorite flavor to this, which is jalapeno! And boy of boy does it add the right kick to your holidays!
