Sen. Van Hollen: Filibuster Is an 'Antiquated Procedure that We Should Eliminate Entirely'

Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) said Friday on MSNBC's "Live With Hallie Jackson" that the filibuster is an "antiquated procedure" that should be eliminated.
