Dem Rep Himes: 'Foget Quid Pro Quo' Trump ‘Extorted’ Ukraine Like a ‘Mob Boss’

On this week's broadcast of NBC's "Meet The Press,"  Rep. Jim Himes  (D-CT) said that “quid pro quo” is not the correct term to describe the actions of President Donald Trump during his dealings with Ukraine.
