GOP Sen Kennedy: If Trump Asked for an Investigation of a Political Rival, That's Impeachable

On Sunday's broadcast of CBS's "Face the Nation,"  Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) said if "the president asked for an investigation of a political rival, that's over the line."
