Wednesday on MSNBC's "Andrea Mitchell Reports," Minority Leader Sen. Charles Schumer (D-NY) said Republicans are living in an "alternative universe" of conspiracy theories against former President Barack Obama and presumptive Democratic presidential nominee former Vice President Joe Biden.
