Brinkley: 'Foolhardy' Rand Paul Is 'Talking Nonsense' that Trump Can't Be Impeached

Historian Douglas Brinkley said Tuesday on CNN, that Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) pushing a vote on Tuesday that the impeachment trial of former President Donald Trump is unconstitutional because he is no longer in office was "foolhardy."
