Democrats Introduce Legislation to Keep U.S. in Paris Climate Change Agreement

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and other House Democrats introduced the Climate Action Now Act or HR 9 that if enacted into law would prevent President Donald Trump from withdrawing the United States from the Paris climate agreement and would require the United States to comply with the terms of the agreement, including paying money to the United Nations.
