Dem Rep. Himes: Backstopped SVB Depositors 'Bear Some Blame'

On Friday's broadcast of CNN International's "Quest Means Business," Rep. Jim Himes (D-CT) stated that there is blame to be laid on the depositors in Silicon Valley Bank who were backstopped.
