Rep. Debbie Lesko (R-AZ) confronted Special Counsel Robert Mueller with the fact that he had stated, in the past, that he had not found evidence that would have led to the president for being indicted for obstruction of justice but for the Office of Legal Counsel memo stating that a sitting president could not be indicted. Democrats had tried to imply the opposite -- that the OLC memo was the only reason Mueller did not recommend prosecution.
