Sunday on MSNBC, 2020 presidential hopeful Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) said in the wake of the most recent mass shootings in Texas and Ohio, President Donald Trump is creating a national emergency with his racism of "rampant white nationalism across the country."
