Former Ohio Governor John Kasich said Wednesday on CNN's "Cuomo Prime Time" that Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and the seventeen state attorney generals who supported his lawsuit to contest the presidential election results of four battleground states "are morally and ethically bankrupt."
