Dem Rep. Cicilline: Appears Trump 'Engaged in Crimes While in Office'

Thursday on CNN's "New Day," Rep. David Cicilline (D-RI) commented on the Michael Cohen testimony against President Donald Trump on Capitol Hill, saying it does appear the president was "engaged in crimes while in office."
