On Monday's broadcast of MSNBC's "The Beat With Ari Melber," Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) said the impeachment against President Donald Trump should be focused on his dealings with Ukraine which she compared to law enforcement prosecuting Mob boss Al Capone on tax evasion.
