Kamala Harris: As President I Will 'Get Rid of the Filibuster to Pass the Green New Deal'

Wednesday on CNN Climate Town Hall, Democratic presidential hopeful Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) assumed the Senate majority will be taken by Democrats in 2020 when she said if elected president she will get rid of the filibuster to pass the so-called Green New Deal.
