Friday on MSNBC's "Andrea Mitchell Reports," Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) said President Donald Trump is trying to "tear down our democracy," by saying he will have sheriffs monitoring polling places and implementing Postal Service changes because he is "desperately worried about losing."
