Superintendent Michael Koppang, Officer in Charge of Major Crime Services for the Manitoba RCMP, talks about an extensive eleven-month investigation on Garden Hill First Nation where seventeen children, both male and female, ranging in ages from 3 to 15 were identified as victims of sexual and/or physical abuse. Two men and a woman have been charge with various offences.
