On Monday's broadcast of MSNBC's "Andrea Mitchell Reports," Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-MI) predicted that 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) will win her congressional district in Michigan's Democratic primary, but it is "likely to be the only congressional district he'll win in the state."
