Vance calls Iranians 'extraordinarily difficult,' as Iran proposes deal to control Strait of Hormuz

U.S. Vice President JD Vance called Iran "extraordinarily difficult people" on August 5th. Iran and Oman proposed a deal to help end five months of war between Iran and the United States. Which would give Tehran control over ships entering the Gulf through the Strait of Hormuz.
