MSNBC Guest Thompson: Filibuster Allowing Republicans to Enact American Form of ‘Apartheid’

Civil Rights Activist Rev. Mark Thompson said Tuesday on MSNBC's "The Beat With Ari Melber" that Senate Republicans using the filibuster to stop debate in the Senate is "apartheid."
