A breakthrough in the concert experience is projection mapping—3D stage visuals that drape a band in holographic images. David Wexler (aka Strangeloop), and John King (aka Timeboy), have invented two mesmerizing styles of 3D projection mapping for electronic musician Flying Lotus. The latest, called the Hypercube, projects stunning three-dimensional animation onto a "cube" that surrounds Flying Lotus as he performs.
