AR Gov. Hutchinson on Mask Mandates, Shutdowns: 'Theoretically That Could be on the Table'

Governor Asa Hutchinson said Sunday on CBS News’ "Face the Nation" that if the high COVID rates in his state continue to rise shutting things down and mask mandates could be on the table.
