San Bernardino County prosecutors announced August 3 a murder charge against one suspect in the alleged kidnapping and execution-style killing that stunned Southern California. District Attorney Jason Anderson charged Jianquan Bo, 66, of Irvine, with murder in the killing of Shukur Aikebaer, 60, alleging he helped orchestrate the kidnapping even though investigators say Zhengfeng Bo, 67, fired the fatal shots before deputies killed him in an officer-involved shooting.
