Sanders: We Will Use Reconciliation 'to Pass Legislation Desperately Needed' with 51 Votes

Senator Bernie Sanders (R-UT) said Sunday on CNN’s "State of the Union" that the Democrats will use the reconciliation process to allow the passage of a bills with simple 51 majority in the Senate to forward major legislation.
