John Moolenaar (R-MI) said that the Biden administration's economic policies and vaccine mandates have led to supply chain issues and called on the administration to quickly use the Defense Production Act and make it easier to import baby formula from the European Union to help solve the national shortages of baby formula that are "a life and death matter to families."
