Sen. Markey: Dems 'Will Reach a Point Where We Will Have the Votes to Repeal the Filibuster’

Senator Ed Markey (D-MA) said Monday on MSNBC's "MTP Daily" that eventually Democratic Senators will have the votes to "repeal the filibuster."
