Buttigieg: Recent Airplane Close Calls with Combination of Causes Make 'Me Think that There Are Issues with the Entire System'

During an interview with Hearst Television White House Correspondent Kalyn Norwood released on Tuesday, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg stated that the cause of the recent series of close calls between airplanes "doesn't seem to be any one individual piece of the system" and is "a combination" of issues, which "makes me think that there are issues with the entire system," that might be due to the post-COVID travel surge.
