Robert Mueller Crushed for Undermining 'Presumption of Innocence' with Special Counsel Report, Testimony

As former special counsel Robert Mueller attend a historic House Judiciary hearing Wednesday morning, Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-TX) made the case that Mueller had no basis from DOJ policy to declare, as a prosecutor, that he did "not exonerate" President Trump. "I agree with the chairman this morning when he said President Trump is not above the law, he's not. But he damn sure shouldn't be below the law which is where Vol. 2 of this report puts him," Ratcliffe said.
