Union Minister for Civil Aviation P. Ashok Gajapathi Raju launched the first flight from Delhi to Bathinda and inaugurated the Bathinda airport in Virk Kalan village on Sunday. Among other dignitaries present were AAI chairman Guru Prasad Mohapatra, Union Food Processing Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal, Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal and other BJP leaders.
